Order Verification & Final Confirmation
All customisation requests will be reviewed and verified by the POSHAAK team after the customer submits the required details.
A member of our team will contact you to reconfirm all specifications, measurements, customisation requirements, pricing, and estimated timeline.
A second and final confirmation will be obtained from the customer before the order is processed. Once confirmed, no further changes can be made.
After Final Confirmation:
- No cancellation will be permitted.
- No refund will be provided.
- No return will be accepted.
- No exchange will be provided.
- No changes to size, measurements, quantity, colour, design, fabric, or customisation requirements will be permitted.
Expected delivery timelines are approximate and will be communicated upon final confirmation.
